Make the pattern and woven label work together on this adult unisex flat-brim five-panel camping cap. Choose a leopard, checkered, dot or fruit direction, then establish the actual cotton content, flannel construction and label fibers on the sample selected for the collection.
- Match numbered color 1, 2 or 3, or Customized, to a physical shade and motif sample.
- Agree pattern repeat and matching across the five-panel crown.
- Set label dimensions, text size and location within the patterned area.
- Confirm actual silk content if requested for the woven label.
- Inspect the rear mechanism and measure the selected Adult Size.
Scale the motif for the crown
Compare the leopard spots, check repeat, dots or fruit shapes at the actual cap scale. Mark color arrangement and panel joins so the approved pattern has a defined appearance when assembled, including its relationship to the flat brim.
Read the label on the fabric

Establish adult measurements
Confirm whether a 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56 or 56–58cm reference applies to Adult Size. Agree measurement tolerance, usable adjustment and crown/bill dimensions, then trial camping or casual outdoor wear and obtain required performance evidence and care for the fabric, label and closure.
