An adjustable five-panel polyester/cotton cap combines rope trim, a flat brim and laser-cut perforations for adult unisex custom front machine embroidery. Select Black, White or Gray at nominal 58cm(22.83in), then confirm the actual rear fastening and usable adjustment on the sample.
Compare three colours with the rope and front threads
Review the chosen Black, White or Gray fabric alongside the intended embroidery colours. Confirm polyester/cotton proportions, component allocation and actual fabric construction before selecting the backing for the decorated front.
Position artwork between rope and perforations
Specify rope composition, thickness, fixing and location on the cap. Agree front machine embroidery dimensions and placement with clearance from the rope, laser-cut openings and five-panel seam junctions. Check rope fixing points from the inside of the crown.
Inspect both sides of the embroidered front
Review exterior stitch detail with the inner backing and finish. Approve that complete arrangement on the proposed sample before accepting the logo scale.
Measure the nominal 58cm cap during adjustment
Confirm the actual fastening type and material, including any hardware composition, plating and surface finish. Trial its usable adjustment on intended adult wearers and record the fit rather than treating nominal size as a measured range.
- Approve the selected colour with actual rope and thread shades.
- Record front support and crown depth on the five-panel sample.
- Measure the flat brim and identify the internal band construction.
- Inspect the button arrangement and laser-cut opening layout.
- Obtain fabric, rope, fastening and embroidery cleaning instructions.
- Request relevant tests for required airflow, water or sun performance.
