This five-panel polyester sports cap pairs laser-cut holes with custom 3D embroidery and adjustable adult unisex buckle fit. Approve the custom colour on a swatch and trial the nominal 58cm adjustable fit before accepting the actual decorated construction.
Confirm the custom shade and polyester mesh arrangement
Agree the actual colour, stripe or selected motif with the proposed artwork colours. Confirm polyester allocation, mesh fibre and panel positions, then inspect front support, crown depth, brim dimensions and the laser-cut opening layout.
Set the raised artwork clear of holes
Agree 3D embroidery dimensions, raised profile, placement and backing on the actual sample. Confirm feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim decoration with clearance from laser-cut holes and five-panel seam junctions.
- Approve the custom colour swatch and intended logo arrangement.
- Record actual polyester allocation and mesh component composition.
- Inspect crown depth, brim dimensions and the laser-cut openings.
- Agree artwork scale, colours, backing and finished inner surfaces.
- Specify actual buckle metal composition, plating and surface finish.
- Measure adult adjustment and verify any required 58–60 cm fit.
Select additional decoration through the actual substrate sample
Assess sequin embroidery, sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, raised-rubber, flock, silk-screen or heat-transfer decoration on the selected substrate. Approve any animal, bow, camouflage, cartoon or character motif as specific artwork before accepting the chosen method.
Obtain care and tests for the completed sports cap
Request full fabric, mesh, fastening and decoration cleaning instructions together. Obtain relevant waterproofing, airflow or sun-protection evidence before relying on those capabilities, and inspect the completed exterior and inner finish during the adult fit trial.
