- Set lettering or graphic dimensions before choosing embroidery height.
- Agree thread palette, stitch density, coverage and backing.
- Locate the logo on the front, side, rear or bill.
- Allow clearance around panel seams and the chosen crown support.
- Check how selected washing or distressing interacts with the raised stitches.
Approve shade with the thread
