Define the blank version of this adult unisex polyester/cotton trucker cap before adding decoration. Approve its shade, actual panel construction, terry components and rear fit, including whether eyelets, contrast-color areas or appliques remain part of the undecorated design.
Make the blank configuration explicit
Decide which panels stay free of artwork and which trims are included. Specify eyelet material, size and position, along with any applique edges, backing and attachment, so the blank sample has an agreed appearance of its own.
Choose shade and fabric placement
Compare Black, White, Dark Grey or Navy Blue for a restrained design, or assess Purple, Maroon, Lemon Yellow or Green against the intended collection. Confirm polyester/cotton proportions, terry location and loop structure, any actual mesh and the front support, lining and band.

Proof sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, rubber, flock, puff or discharge work on the actual substrate with dimensions, backing, coverage and front, side, rear or bill placement agreed.
Evaluate the intended outdoor sample
Trial sports, travel or casual outdoor wear in the planned season, assessing fit and contact comfort. Obtain required airflow/waterproof evidence and cleaning instructions for the actual blend, terry, trims, selected artwork and fit mechanism.
