Agree the blend and decoration substrate
Obtain polyester/cotton proportions and the terry, panel, backing and interior material map. Select compatible machine, hand, affixed-cloth, sequin, 3D, nail-bead or flocking embroidery. Any chosen printing alternative requires an approved substrate and actual process combination on this construction.
Adult size discussion before acceptance
Use all six stated bands: 48–50cm, 50–52cm, 52–54cm, 54–56cm, 56–58cm and 58–60cm. Match the required circumference to the Custom Size specification and inspect the supplied snapback operation during a decorated fitting.

Request care for the agreed blend, trim and embroidery or printing. Any water or breathability requirement needs applicable complete-cap test conditions and results covering the approved finish.
