This cotton perforated snapback trucker cap combines custom 3D-embroidered leather-patch styling with adult unisex 56-60cm(22.05-23.62in) sizing. Approve the selected colour by physical swatch and written shade specification, then confirm actual cap construction and patch details on a decorated sample.
Establish the actual panel build behind the patch
Confirm panel count, cotton allocation and non-woven construction before selecting the decorated front. Inspect front support, crown depth, brim dimensions and perforation layout so the patch footprint can be checked against the actual seams and openings.
Develop the leather-patch artwork and fixing
Specify actual patch material, thickness, edge finish and fixing before approving the 3D-embroidered logo. Agree artwork scale, thread colours and backing with feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim placement kept clear of openings.
