A leather-patch design and selected embroidery are the artwork choices to resolve on this six-panel mesh trucker cap. Polyester/cotton material, terry fabric and adult unisex wear are stated, with fourteen actual Custom Size shades.
Specify the actual patch construction before attachment
Confirm patch composition, thickness, backing and surface finish for the leather-patch brief. Set artwork dimensions on the actual crown and agree attachment beside the selected seams. Approve the finished patch against its agreed composition, backing, thickness and surface specification.
Agree how embroidery relates to the patch
Decide whether embroidery belongs to the patch or another selected cap treatment, confirming the included scope. Review artwork position and finished appearance on the supplied six-panel crown. Establish polyester/cotton composition and where terry and mesh are used.
- Approve actual patch composition, thickness, backing and finish.
- Set patch artwork dimensions and attachment beside crown seams.
- Agree the selected embroidery role and included treatment.
- Confirm cap-fabric composition and terry/mesh placement.
- Inspect rear construction at the required measured fit.
Select the shade and measured cap specification
The Custom Size palette contains Black, White, Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige and Camel. Compare the selected fabric shade with the completed patch or embroidery.
Request the required 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm reference band. Inspect the actual rear and any usable adjustment without assuming a closure type, crown structure or brim curve.
Approve care for the complete decorated assembly
Assess the finished sample for its intended use and agree fabric/patch care. Request relevant waterproof, ventilation or artwork-durability evidence when those properties are required.
