Coordinate a custom PVC patch, rope detailing and laser-cut perforation on this six-panel golf/baseball-cap design. The adult unisex specification states 100% polyester twill and a fitted rear, with twelve actual One Size colors.
Approve the rope, patch and perforation together
Set the PVC artwork dimensions and attachment on the supplied crown. Agree rope placement and the selected hole layout, checking their relationship to the patch and crown seams. Review the complete sample without assuming a particular brim curve or crown structure from the golf-cap description.

- Agree rope placement alongside the selected laser-cut hole pattern.
- Inspect finished hole edges and the full decorated profile.
- Confirm the supplied polyester twill components and fitted rear.
- Approve the required measured size in the selected golf-project shade.
Choose a color and measured fitted specification
Actual One Size shades include Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Compare the patch and rope colors against the chosen cap fabric before approving the combination.
State the required circumference using 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm as separate reference bands. Confirm supply in that shade and inspect the fitted sample without assuming adjustment across all those measurements.
Review evidence for the intended golf conditions
For a men’s golf or other adult unisex sports project, assess comfort with the full patch and rope assembly in place. Request applicable waterproof or ventilation evidence where needed. Agree fabric, rope and PVC-patch care, and obtain production documentation if seamless fusing is required.
