Review the embroidery with the actual fabric arrangement
Confirm the component fibers for the cotton-based brief and establish where terry and mesh are used. Position the proposed embroidery on the supplied crown, checking its size and clearance from seams. Approve thread coverage and the finished outline on that fabric combination before agreeing the included artwork.

Choose a shade with the needed measured band
The actual Custom Size choices are Black, White, Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige and Camel. Compare the chosen fabric shade against the embroidery colors on the completed sample.
For circumference, request the required 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm reference band. Confirm supply in the chosen shade and check the actual rear system; an adjustable design brief does not establish one hardware type or travel spanning every band.
Approve the cap for the planned outdoor conditions
