Develop custom embroidery on a laser-perforated trucker cap made from 100% polyester twill. Confirm the selected panel build, actual rear construction and adult One Size dimensions with the finished hole pattern before approving the complete cap.
Trial the embroidery beside the selected laser holes
Set hole pattern and placement, then inspect the finished edges on the chosen twill. Trial machine or 3D embroidery at a feasible front, side, rear curved area or visor location before approving the logo dimensions.
Specify the panel and rear build for the sample
Choose five, six or seven panels and confirm actual rear fastening or fitted construction. Measure crown depth, brim dimensions and the band while inspecting the actual fused or joined areas.
- Compare Wine or Pink with the intended thread palette.
- Approve Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue or Gray on the chosen finish.
- Review Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Army Green or Camel with the complete artwork.
- Approve any washed or distressed treatment separately.
- Specify button, lace or eyelet materials and attachment where selected.
Measure One Size for the adult wearer
Trial the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference on the actual sample. Include the selected decoration and finish when assessing the completed cap during the adult wear trial.
Approve complete care and required activity evidence
Any chosen silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork needs its own substrate approval. Obtain care for the polyester twill, laser edges, decoration and selected components together. Require actual water-resistance, airflow and relevant sports or sun-protection evidence before relying on performance for the intended activity.
