This adult unisex trucker cap combines six-panel construction, polyester/cotton fabric and a mesh snapback direction. Choose one of 95 numbered colourways and approve whether the finished cap is blank or carries the requested embroidered logo.
Approve the Numbered Colour Combination
Select the complete number and colour name, then inspect the actual single-colour, two-colour or three-colour combination. Keep reversed and similarly named combinations separate when approving the sample.
Check panel-by-panel colour and mesh placement on that chosen cap. Confirm the canvas and mesh construction, fibre ratio, crown structure and visor profile before accepting the design.
Check the Full Circumference and Snapback Fit
The actual size option is 56–60cm (22.05–23.62in). Confirm the snapback adjustment and wearer fit, including the stated 56–58CM and 58–60CM circumference bands.
Inspect the Cap as It Will Be Worn
Try the selected colourway on the intended wearer. Review the crown and visor position together with the actual closure setting before agreeing fit.

- Panel colour and mesh placement inspected.
- Polyester/cotton ratio and canvas/mesh construction confirmed.
- Actual circumference adjustment checked on the wearer.
- Blank or decorated finished configuration agreed.
- Artwork dimensions, method and location approved if requested.
Agree Embroidery, Print and Artwork Position
For machine embroidery, 3D embroidery or heat-transfer printing, confirm compatibility with the exact fabric and artwork. If sublimation, embossed, raised-rubber or puff printing is requested, confirm availability for the selected cap before approving that technique.
Agree the chosen brim/visor, front-panel, left-panel, right-panel or back-curved artwork position. Inspect the surrounding seams and mesh and confirm whether the finished cap includes the approved logo.
Obtain care instructions for the actual fabric, snapback and decoration. Approve the finished sample with its selected colours and artwork in place.
