Develop an embroidered or printed dad cap with a polyester/cotton unstructured crown and curved brim. Approve the selected texture and actual fitted One Size dimensions for the intended adult wearer before settling the complete artwork.
Choose the texture before the logo technique
Confirm polyester/cotton proportions and any actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh section. Specify dobby detail where selected, then approve the intended washed or distressed treatment with the final fabric.
Locate artwork on the selected unstructured build
Choose five, six or multiple panels and inspect the resulting seam layout. Trial machine or 3D embroidery, or selected sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork on the actual substrate.
Approve the neutral or blue palette on the sample
Compare Khaki, Beige and Brown with Navy Blue, Peacock Blue or Sky Blue against the planned design. Black, Dark Grey, White, Yellow, Maroon, Light Purple, Watermelon Red, Purple, Army Green, Gray, Fluorescent Green, Pink, Orange and Red also need finished-shade approval.
Measure the curve and fitted adult circumference
Set the unstructured crown depth and curved-brim dimensions alongside the internal band. Trial the required adult 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm fit on the completed One Size sample.
- Confirm usable front, side, rear or visor artwork placement.
- Inspect the actual fused or joined areas.
- Specify button, lace and eyelet composition where included.
- Approve the selected attachments on the finished interior.
- Request complete fabric, finish and decoration care.
Define evidence for the intended activity
Assess the finished fitted cap against the actual adult activity brief. Obtain evidence for any required sports or sun-protection conditions before relying on those properties.
