Coordinate the mesh contrast
Compare black with black mesh for one direction or black with white mesh for another. Grey/red mesh and further combinations also need a physical sample showing where each color sits, so the artwork works with the complete cap.
Set the patch and stitch relationship
Define patch material, shape, dimensions, edges, backing and attachment at the selected front, side, rear or bill position. Agree whether machine, hand or cloth-applied embroidery forms the patch, adds separate decoration or provides an alternative treatment.

Measure usable adult fit against the 58–60cm (22.83–23.62in) reference with tolerance, then inspect snap positions, engagement and retention. Review crown depth and bill geometry while checking contact during the intended sports, beach, fishing or casual outing.
Request required airflow, drying or weather evidence for that setting. Agree care for the selected surface, mesh, patch, optional print and snaps before repeating the approved configuration.
