Make the fabric choice before defining the patch edge

Agree flannel, canvas, corduroy, denim or fleece as the chosen face construction. Specify polyester/cotton allocation and the separate mesh fibres rather than assuming every listed fabric forms part of one cap. Inspect front support and texture alongside the proposed patch dimensions, edge finish and backing.

Inspect patch attachment and any alternative finish separately

Review front, side, rear curved-area or brim placement with seam clearance. Machine, hand or affixed-cloth embroidery, transfer or screen printing, sublimation, raised rubber, embossed, digital or glitter finishes require approval on the chosen surface. Agree one supplied process and its reverse finish. Establish required needle-screening scope and evidence for any defined waterproof or airflow performance before accepting those results.
