This polyester/cotton baseball sports cap offers a fitted One Size starting point for custom machine or 3D embroidery. Choose the actual construction and finish around the intended logo, then assess the completed cap on its adult wearer.
Build the earth-tone cap around its embroidery
Brown, Light Brown, Camel and Beige give the artwork different backgrounds. Compare the chosen thread against the actual fabric rather than approving a shade name alone.
- Request the polyester/cotton proportions for the selected fabric.
- Specify five, six, seven or multiple panels before locating the logo.
- Approve the intended twill, canvas, denim, velvet, suede-style or mesh sections.
- Choose any dobby detail, washed finish or distressed treatment deliberately.
- Inspect button, lace and eyelet materials together with their fixing.
Check a fitted sample after finishing
Measure One Size against the required adult circumference, whether the target is 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm. Check crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band after the chosen finishing process. Inspect the actual fused or joined sections during this trial.
Approve the artwork and complete care together
Trial machine or raised 3D stitches on the selected substrate. Sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, silk-screen and heat-transfer applications require their own approval when chosen. Confirm usable front, side, rear curved area or brim placement before fixing artwork dimensions.
Black, White, Dark Grey, Gray and Navy Blue can be compared with Yellow, Light Green, Army Green, Fluorescent Green, Watermelon Red, Purple, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue or Pink in the finished palette. Obtain complete component care and evidence for any required activity or sun-protection performance.
