Approve the terry and mesh construction
Establish polyester/cotton percentages by component, then specify terry material, pile or loop structure, thickness and location. Inspect mesh fibers, openings and placement alongside front support, lining, band and the six-panel seams.
Choose the embroidery for the actual surface
Define logo shape, dimensions and coverage at the selected front, side, rear or bill area. Approve threads, backing and any raised profile for machine, hand, cloth-applied or 3D embroidery on the actual terry or other chosen substrate.

Measure the Custom Size and rear adjustment
Identify the actual adjuster, materials, travel, engagement and retention before measuring adult fit. Assign the applicable 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60cm reference to the chosen cap with tolerance, checking crown depth and bill geometry during wear.
Review the complete fishing sample
Trial the finished artwork and fabric configuration in the intended season and activity. Obtain airflow and water-resistance methods, results, limits and component coverage, including any treatment around mesh, seams or decoration.
- Compare Black or White with the proposed stitch palette.
- Review Peacock Blue, Watermelon Red or Beige on physical samples.
- Define eyelet, contrast-color or applique material and attachment if selected.
- Assess band and trim contact during fishing or sports movement.
- Agree required drying evidence and care for pile, mesh, artwork and adjustment.
