This structured running baseball cap combines polyester/cotton material with custom embroidered-logo selection. Establish its adult fitted dimensions and intended front shape before approving the finished artwork.
Start with the intended adult fit
One Size is the available size selection; an actual fitted sample still needs measurement. Trial the wearer's required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference alongside crown depth and brim dimensions.
Define the panel layout and supporting fabric
Select five, six, seven or multiple panels and specify the front support. Confirm the polyester/cotton proportions and the actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh components, including any dobby detail.
Approve colour on the chosen finish
Black, Navy Blue and Army Green can be reviewed with the planned logo. Compare White, Dark Grey, Gray, Beige, Camel, Brown, Light Brown, Yellow, Light Green, Fluorescent Green, Watermelon Red, Purple, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue or Pink on the actual finished fabric.
Review the decorated cap inside and out
Trial machine or 3D embroidery before fixing the artwork size and position. Sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, silk-screen and heat-transfer applications need separate substrate approval when selected.
- Choose front, side, rear curved area or brim artwork deliberately.
- Approve any washed or distressed treatment before the fit trial.
- Inspect actual fused or joined sections and the internal band.
- Confirm any button, lace or eyelet composition and fixing.
- Request care for every selected fabric, finish and decoration.
Match the running brief to actual evidence
Assess the complete sample during the intended adult wear trial. Obtain evidence for any required running or sun-protection conditions before relying on those properties in the programme.
