Develop a Black or White adult unisex acrylic knitted pom-pom skullcap/beanie with custom artwork. Approve the actual pom-pom construction, knit shape and selected decoration together before settling the measured fit and intended winter or ski design.
Specify the pom-pom and its attachment
Identify pom-pom material, size and shape on the chosen sample. Confirm its attachment and whether it is fixed or removable, and review the shade against Black or White and the intended artwork.
Establish the knitted wearing shape
Define acrylic composition by component, yarn, stitch structure, density, thickness, seams and any lining. Confirm cuff or uncuffed form, crown shape and ear coverage, then measure relaxed/worn circumference, usable stretch, recovery, crown height and any cuff depth with the adult wearer.
Choose a compatible embroidery or printing process
Machine or 3D embroidery, sublimation transfer, digital printing, embossing, flock print and puff printing need approval on the actual knit. Identify ink, transfer, flock material or finish and demonstrate process and any heat-treatment compatibility on the selected sample.
Complete the artwork and custom brief
Set artwork dimensions, colors and exact location on the approved shape. Agree the actual supplied method combination and inclusion before finalizing the design.

- Approve any animal, cartoon, fruit or other artwork with the pom-pom, or keep the cap plain.
- Agree requested custom colors and design separately.
- Specify custom-label material, placement and inclusion.
- Confirm the decorated or plain cap and pom-pom configuration supplied.
Review winter use and pom-pom care
Check actual coverage and equipment compatibility directly; required thermal/protective ratings need evidence. Obtain cleaning, drying, reshaping and storage guidance for the knit, pom-pom, label and artwork.
