Specify a custom polyester/cotton baseball cap with no back buckle and fitted One Size selection. Measure the complete cap for the intended adult wearer before approving the selected textile construction and artwork.
Measure the fitted build without a back buckle
Check the actual band, crown depth and brim dimensions on the sample. Set the required adult 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference without assuming a measured adjustment span.
Choose the textile and seam layout for customization
Specify five, six, seven or multiple panels and confirm polyester/cotton proportions. Identify the actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet, mesh or dobby components before approving the decoration surface.
- Compare Light Green, Army Green and Fluorescent Green with the artwork.
- Approve Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue or Gray on the selected fabric.
- Check Yellow, Brown, Light Brown, Camel, Watermelon Red or Purple deliberately.
- Review Beige, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue or Pink on the finished cap.
- Inspect actual fused or joined areas during the completed sample trial.
Trial the selected process with the finished fabric
Sample machine or 3D embroidery on the actual substrate. Any chosen sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer application requires approval at its feasible front, side, rear curved area or visor position. Include any selected washed or distressed treatment before the final fit assessment.
Approve component fixing and care together
Specify any button, lace or eyelet composition and attachment on the finished sample. Obtain complete component and decoration care, and require evidence for any necessary sports or sun-protection conditions before relying on those properties during the intended adult activity.
