This customizable unisex bucket sun hat uses 100% cotton for children's and adults' full-print projects. Each of the 19 colors offers kid-54cm and adults-58cm choices; approve the selected wearer fit, fabric construction and artwork together on the sample.
Choose the actual child or adult size
Measure the wearer and check the kid-54cm or adults-58cm version, including crown depth, brim dimensions and any adjustment arrangement. For an adult target of 56-58CM or 58-60CM, confirm the fit of adults-58cm on the intended wearer; check the child version separately.
Inspect shade and coverage in the intended wearing position. Confirm the exact cotton fabric construction, finish, lining and internal details before finalizing the selected size.
Match the full-print design to a color
Choose the base shade and approve the actual pattern, method, coverage and scale. Review alignment across the crown, seams and brim so the full-print project is assessed on the complete bucket shape.
- red, Yellow, Green and dark Beige: each offers kid-54cm and adults-58cm.
- Black, White, orange and Navy Blue: approve the chosen shade and print together.

Agree logo placement, decoration and coverage
If adding a logo, confirm its actual location on the brim/visor, front, left, right or back curved area. Agree the method, dimensions and inclusion, and decide whether additional ornaments are required or none are wanted before approving the supplied design.
