Develop an adult collection with this polyester-twill laser-perforated baseball cap, choosing the logo and finish as one approved configuration. One Size and the available shades need sample confirmation alongside actual crown, bill and rear construction.
Decide the surface direction before decoration
Review Navy Blue, Wine or Camel with the proposed graphic, or compare a Black or White sample. Specify twill weave, thickness, finish and polyester composition by component, then inspect support, fused areas, band and lining.
A requested washed or distressed appearance needs an agreed extent and visual reference. Check the treated areas around laser-cut edges and any button, lace or eyelet trim, defining trim material and attachment where included.
Lay out the holes and custom logo
Choose the actual five-, six- or seven-panel layout and record its seams before arranging perforations. Set hole positions, shape, dimensions and spacing, reviewing edge finish with the intended front, side, rear or bill design.
- Approve print color reproduction and coverage on the selected twill substrate.
- Define heat-transfer or screen application proof for the chosen graphic.
- Set thread colors, density and backing for requested machine embroidery.
- Review the raised contour if 3D stitches are selected.
- Record which artwork processes, finish effects and trims belong together.
Close the fit and activity review
Identify the actual back structure and any fastening, checking retention and wearer contact. Measure adult circumference and tolerance for One Size, assigning the applicable 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60cm reference to that cap.
Assess crown depth and bill shape during the planned golf, travel, running or outdoor use. Obtain water-resistance methods, limits and component coverage plus any required drying, airflow or sunlight evidence, and agree care for the approved twill, perforations and decoration.
