Choose lettering with thread contrast in view
Compare the proposed thread colors against Black, White, Burgundy, Khaki, Navy Blue, Dark Grey, Light Gray, Olive Green, Dark Green, Orange, Watermelon Red, Pink, Sky Blue, Lake Blue, Mint green, Mid Blue, Purple or Coffee. Approve the letter shapes and text, design scale, stitch texture, colors and front-panel position on the selected sample.

Try the buckle at the required head size
Each color is offered in 54-60CM(21.26-23.62in). Measure the adult wearer and check the relevant 54-56CM, 56-58CM or 58-60CM interval with the actual back buckle.
Confirm the buckle's metal, gold/copper-style finish and mechanism. Test usable adjustment span and retention alongside interior fit, crown depth and brim position before accepting the selected version.
