This children's unisex knitted beanie uses 100% acrylic for a custom-logo or embroidery project. All 24 color choices have the 48-56cm(18.90-22.05in) size; approve the child's fit, knit construction and chosen decoration together on the sample.
Fit the measured child within the selected range
Measure the child's head before approving the 48-56cm version. If targeting 48-50cm, 50-52cm, 52-54cm or 54-56CM, check the actual knit stretch and any adjustment arrangement for that target, with the intended wearing position and comfort.
Choose the color and proposed pattern
Select the exact shade and approve any camouflage, dot or other proposed design on the knit. Agree the actual motif, scale and placement so the chosen color and completed pattern are reviewed as one supplied version.
- Blue shades: royal blue, Navy Blue, light blue and blue, with White also available.
- Green shades: grass green, dark green, Green and Fluorescent Green.
- Red shades: Orange red, red, wine red, rose red and dark red.
- Further choices: bright pink, Purple, Camel, Yellow and Fluorescent Yellow.
- Neutral shades: Black, Gray, light gray, dark gray and Dark Gray 02.
Inspect knit depth and ear coverage
Confirm the knit structure, hat depth, cuff or edge design and any lining. Check ear coverage and wearing comfort on the child, and approve the soft-touch feel on the actual sample before finalizing the design.
Agree decoration and warmth requirements
Select the embroidery, printing or leather-patch proposal and confirm its actual materials, method, artwork dimensions, position and inclusion. Inspect its placement and attachment on the chosen knit, and agree whether additional decoration is required or none is wanted.
For autumn/winter or outdoor plans, define the required warmth or ear-protection outcome and request applicable construction or performance evidence before relying on a protective result. Obtain care instructions for the acrylic knit and complete decoration, then approve the supplied hat.
