Place the artwork around the selected hole pattern
Agree logo width, height and location on the supplied cap. Review the selected perforation layout beside the artwork, inspecting finished hole edges on the actual twill. Choose the included decoration method and approve both elements on one completed sample.
- Set logo width and height beside the chosen perforation layout.
- Inspect laser-cut hole edges on the supplied polyester twill.
- Confirm actual panel layout, crown shape and brim profile.
- Check rear hardware and measure any available adjustment travel.
- Approve the chosen shade at the required numerical fit.
Agree one complete cap construction
Inspect the crown and brim before finalizing artwork placement. A wider panel menu does not establish a fixed five-, six- or seven-panel cap. Confirm the construction supplied for your project and review it with the completed logo.
Select color and circumference as one requirement
Choose among the actual One Size shades: Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Request the needed 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm reference band. Inspect the rear before approving snapback or fitted supply.
Check the finished sports sample and care
Assess comfort for the intended activity with the logo in place. Request applicable waterproof or ventilation evidence where required, agree fabric and artwork care, and obtain production records if seamless fusing forms part of the required construction.
