A selected colour and customized logo form the starting point for this adult unisex polyester twill baseball cap with laser-cut perforations. Twelve actual colours share the One Size label. Confirm the panel layout, actual rear mechanism and finished wearer fit on the decorated sample.
Match the colour reference to the proposed perforated layout
Inspect the 100% polyester twill surface with the intended artwork colours. Choose six, seven or five panels as the selected build and establish crown support, brim dimensions and the location of each cut opening before setting logo size.
- Compare Black, Dark Grey, White and Navy Blue samples.
- Review Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue and Pink references.
- Check Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray against the artwork.
- Record panel seams and clearance around the perforations.
- Agree actual rear construction and measured wearer fit.
- Approve one decoration process, backing, inclusion and care.
Establish the fitted or snapback mechanism directly
Inspect the rear of the actual One Size sample and measure its finished circumference. Trial any required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm wearer band. Check crown depth at the intended worn setting without assuming additional sizes or a particular adjustment span.
Agree the logo finish around the approved cap construction
Choose compatible machine/3D embroidery, heat-transfer or screen printing and review dimensions, backing and front, side, rear curved-area or brim placement. Inspect selected washed/distressed effects, button, lace or eyelet components and actual fused sections separately. Obtain care for the complete decorated cap and applicable evidence for any specified waterproof or activity-performance requirement.
