Plan a custom adult unisex baseball cap around polyester twill and a selected laser-cut hole layout. The One Size choice needs an agreed finished fit, while panel construction, rear structure and decoration should be settled on the actual sample.
Place holes and artwork on the chosen crown
Confirm whether the approved design uses five, six or seven panels, then map its seams and fused areas. Define perforation shapes, dimensions, spacing and cut-edge finish with clearance from the chosen front, side, rear or bill logo.
- Review twill thickness, finish and polyester allocation by component.
- Inspect crown support, lining and band around the perforated areas.
- Compare Black, Dark Grey or White with the artwork colors.
- Assess Navy Blue, Wine or Camel on a physical shade sample.
- Approve crown depth and bill curvature, width and projection.
Record actual rear construction and fit
Inspect the cap's actual back and any fastening, including materials, engagement, retention and contact. Map the applicable 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60cm reference to the selected configuration, measuring adult circumference and tolerance without combining them into one adjustment range.
Define decoration and finish inclusion
Select screen or heat-transfer printing, machine or 3D embroidery and proof the chosen artwork on its actual substrate. Agree dimensions, colors, coverage and backing, clarifying which methods are combined and included.
For requested washing or distressing, approve the treated areas and their interaction with cut edges. Specify material and attachment for any selected button, lace or eyelet trim.
Trial the intended sports setting
Assess the complete cap for golf, running, cycling or the agreed outdoor activity. Obtain required water-resistance methods, limits and component coverage plus airflow, drying or sunlight evidence, then agree care for the twill, holes, finish and artwork.
