This adult unisex trucker cap has a six-panel layout and 100% polyester mesh construction for a blank, custom-logo print or 3D-embroidery project. Select a color, then approve the foam and panel details, measured fit and completed artwork on the supplied version.
Review foam, mesh and panel placement
Confirm the foam's location, composition, thickness and role in the selected cap. Inspect the mesh location and openings, backing, crown profile and structure, brim dimensions and internal details before choosing the exact decoration area.
Fit the 58-60CM head-circumference target
Measure the adult wearer and check the stated 58-60CM(22.83-23.62in) fit on the selected sample. Inspect the actual rear fastening and any adjustment range, then approve its operation in the intended wearing position.
Choose one of twenty colors
Approve the exact shade and panel color arrangement on the complete cap. Review that appearance with the proposed artwork so the selected polyester mesh and finished design are evaluated together.
- Black, White, Gray or Dark Grey: approve the selected neutral shade and panel arrangement.
- Brown, Camel, Beige or Light Brown: review the chosen color with the foam and mesh construction.
- Sky Blue, Navy Blue, Peacock Blue or Purple: confirm the exact shade beside the artwork.
- Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Fluorescent Yellow or Champagne: approve the selected color on the complete cap.
- Maroon, Watermelon Red, Green or Fluorescent Green: review the chosen shade and final logo appearance.
Agree the blank or logo treatment
Choose a blank finish or define the selected print or 3D-embroidery proposal. Agree the method, artwork dimensions, position and inclusion on the front, left, right, back curved area or brim/visor, checking clearance from seams, mesh and any foam-backed area.
Define sports or ski project requirements
For a sports, ski or other performance project, define the required use and performance conditions. Request applicable construction or test evidence before relying on a specific result, and obtain care instructions for the polyester mesh, foam, fastening and complete decoration before final approval.
