Match the embroidered logo to both surfaces of this adult unisex five-panel twill baseball cap: the crown and its suede-fabric underbrim. Approve the polyester/cotton component specification, actual underbrim material and fitted One Size measurement before choosing shades, finishes and trims.
Allocate color to each surface
Compare White, Navy Blue, Maroon, Beige or Champagne with the intended underside and thread colors. Specify crown, underbrim and artwork shades separately so the approved sample has a defined combination rather than an assumed match.
Verify the two-surface construction
Confirm blend proportions and positions, twill weave, thickness and finish, and the actual suede-fabric material or effect. Inspect underside backing, bill support, edge construction, crown support, lining, band, panel joins and requested fused areas together.
- Map the appropriate 56–58cm or 58–60cm reference to the ordered One Size.

- Define bill curvature, projection, width and firmness on the same sample.

Proof embroidery on its chosen substrate
Select machine or 3D embroidery with dimensions, thread colors, coverage, backing and raised height if requested. Mark front, side, rear or bill placement with clearance appropriate to the twill or actual underbrim surface, and proof any screen, transfer, digital or embossed treatment separately.
Evaluate finish and aftercare together
Inspect selected washed/distressed effects on both surfaces and specify trim materials, positions and attachment. Trial sports, golf, travel or casual outdoor comfort in the intended season, obtaining required performance evidence and care for the fabrics, artwork and fitted construction.
