Printing and embroidery offer different artwork briefs for this laser-cut perforated baseball-hat design. Begin with the supplied 100% polyester twill and adult unisex specification, then choose among twelve actual One Size shades.
Choose the included logo treatment on the twill
Set the artwork dimensions and location relative to the selected hole pattern. For printing, approve image coverage and edges; for embroidery, review thread coverage and outline definition. Confirm the selected method on a finished cap rather than treating every available technique as included.
- Compare the chosen print coverage or embroidery outline on polyester twill.
- Set artwork dimensions beside the selected laser-cut holes.
- Inspect the actual panel construction and full crown/brim profile.
- Check rear hardware and its usable movement on the supplied sample.
- Match the chosen shade with one required measured circumference.
Approve the cap profile with the artwork in place
Review the actual panel layout, crown structure and brim shape before final approval. The wider panel menu does not fix one five-, six- or seven-panel construction. Inspect finished hole edges alongside the completed decoration.
Choose the shade and rear-fit arrangement
Actual One Size colors span Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Request the needed 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm reference band. Confirm the real rear and usable travel before agreeing snapback or fitted supply.
Agree activity requirements and finished care
Assess the decorated cap for its intended sports or outdoor use. Request applicable waterproof or ventilation evidence if required, agree fabric/artwork care and obtain production records if seamless fusing is specified.
