This custom polyester/cotton baseball sports cap offers machine or 3D embroidery with fitted adult unisex One Size selection. Confirm the actual panel construction and component recipe before approving the artwork and measured circumference.
Set the sports-cap colour and selected surface
Coordinate Black, White, Dark Grey or Gray with the embroidered logo. Review Navy Blue, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue, Purple or Pink alongside the proposed artwork colours.
Approve Yellow, Light Green, Fluorescent Green, Army Green, Brown, Light Brown, Camel, Beige or Watermelon Red on the selected fabric and finish. Check any washed or distressed treatment on the completed colour sample.
- Confirm five-, six-, seven- or multi-panel construction.
- Specify polyester/cotton ratio and each component fibre.
- Select actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh sections.
- Approve any dobby detail with the intended artwork.
- Measure crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band.
- Inspect actual fused or joined sections inside the cap.
Measure fitted one-size construction for the adult wearer
Check the sample against the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm adult fit. Record its actual circumference and review comfort during the intended sporting movement before selection.
Sample the embroidered or printed sports design
Trial machine or 3D embroidery on the actual substrate. Confirm sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer decoration separately with approved front, side, rear curved area or brim placement.
Specify any button, lace or eyelet material and fixing and inspect the decorated interior. Request full component and finish care plus required sports or sun-protection evidence, keeping the approved artwork and fitted measurements with the sample.
