This adult unisex trucker-style baseball cap has a five-panel layout and 100% cotton construction for blank or custom-print projects. Nine colors are offered in 56-60cm(22.05-23.62in); approve the actual fastening, fused construction and selected design together on the sample.

Check the size and rear-fastening operation

Measure the adult wearer and check the actual fit of the selected 56-60cm cap. If targeting 56-58CM or 58-60CM, review the adjustment operation and approve the exact snapback or single-breasted buckle arrangement supplied for that version.

Inspect the five-panel crown structure, brim shape and any mesh or backing arrangement. Confirm the cotton finish and internal construction before fixing artwork dimensions to the selected cap shape.

Review the color and fused areas

The construction includes seamless fusing, with its exact location and finish to be approved. Inspect which parts use the process and review the actual joints beside the selected shade, panel layout and proposed decoration.

• Purple or Khaki: review the selected color with the intended artwork.

Approve the blank or printed design

Choose a blank finish or define the polka-dot, striped, two-tone or other custom design. Agree the selected printing, embossing or embroidery method, artwork dimensions, position and inclusion before approving the supplied cap.

Review the proposed placement on the brim/visor, front, left, right or back curved area, checking clearance from seams, fused areas and rear fastening.
