A custom PVC logo patch can be developed with the rope and laser-cut-hole design of this adult unisex polyester twill baseball cap. Twelve colours share the actual One Size selection. Keep the chosen shade, panel build and measured fitted sample together through artwork approval.
Position the PVC logo around the rope and hole pattern
Inspect the 100% polyester twill, rope fixing and perforation layout before setting patch dimensions. Choose five, six or seven panels as the intended construction, then establish crown support and brim profile on the sample.
Record the shade and patch specification together
Compare each labelled sample with the intended PVC colours. Keep the approved shade reference beside the final patch drawing.
- Compare Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow and Blue.
- Review Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray.
- Specify PVC formulation, thickness, shape and edge finish.
- Check attachment and reverse backing beside the rope.
- Approve clearance from holes, panel seams and construction features.
- Keep measured fit, supplied scope and care with the approved artwork.
Trial the fitted sample for the requested circumference
Inspect the actual rear construction and measure the finished cap on the intended wearer. Confirm any required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm band by trial. One Size does not establish additional size options or an adjustment mechanism.
Agree alternative finishes only after the patch package is clear
Transfer, screen or machine/3D embroidered alternatives require separate substrate, backing and inclusion approval. Inspect selected washed/distressed effects, button, lace or eyelet components and actual fused sections. Obtain complete decorated care and applicable evidence for any specified waterproof, golf or other outdoor-performance requirement before accepting those results.
