This adult unisex polyester twill rope baseball cap brings laser-cut perforations to a custom PVC-patch project. Twelve colours are paired with the actual One Size option. Confirm the selected panel layout, measured fitted construction and patch attachment on the complete sample.
Review rope placement before setting the PVC-patch dimensions
Inspect the 100% polyester twill, rope position and laser-cut pattern with the proposed artwork. Specify a five-panel or selected six-/seven-panel build. Establish crown support and brim profile, then allow clearance between the patch, rope, holes and seams.
Compare the shade choices with the proposed patch colours
- Review Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow and Blue samples.
- Compare Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray references.
- Specify PVC formulation, thickness, dimensions and edge finish.
- Approve attachment and reverse backing on the selected construction.
- Keep measured fit, supplied scope and care with the same sample.
Establish the actual fitted rear build and measure the finished One Size cap on the intended wearer. Confirm any required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm band directly; the label does not establish an adjustable mechanism or additional size options.
Approve the patch package before selecting a different decoration route
If transfer, screen printing or machine/3D embroidery is selected instead, approve its compatibility, backing and inclusion separately. Inspect any chosen washed/distressed effect and button, lace or eyelet components, together with actual fused sections. Obtain complete decorated care and applicable evidence for any waterproof, golf or other outdoor-performance requirement. Retain the agreed shade and patch sample as the reference for the supplied construction.
