Check the rubber patch against the hole layout
Position the proposed patch on the actual crown before approving its shape and dimensions. Inspect attachment around seams and laser-cut holes, and agree which patch treatment is included in the finished cap.
Confirm the fiber for your nylon brief
Approve an actual component fiber specification together with the twill sample. Examine its finish with the patch in place before finalizing a nylon-based project, rather than relying on an assumed textile composition.
Measure the rear system and requested fit
For a snapback requirement, inspect the supplied fastening and any usable travel. Request the required 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm band in the selected color; those bands do not establish one adjustment span.
- Inspect the complete six-panel perforated crown with the patch.
- Confirm component fiber composition and the supplied twill finish.
- Approve patch edges, dimensions and attachment around laser-cut areas.
- Verify actual rear construction and the required measured circumference.
- Agree relevant activity checks and patch-care instructions.
Select from twelve actual shades
Choose Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel or Gray. Compare the selected shade with the proposed rubber colors before approving the decorated sample.
Define the performance evidence needed
For golf, running or cycling, evaluate sample comfort and request relevant ventilation or patch-durability evidence. Obtain production records if seamless fusing is required; laser perforations alone do not establish measured performance.
