Select Black or White for this adult unisex polyester five-panel flat-brim laser-hole rope snapback-style cap with custom front rubber-patch scope. Approve the rope, openings and patch on the actual fabric before agreeing the supplied configuration.
Coordinate the rubber patch and rope
Define rubber composition, dimensions, colors, relief, edges, backing and front-panel attachment. Set rope material, shade, thickness, location and attachment against the selected Black or White surface with the patch positioned.
If machine or 3D embroidery is desired, approve compatibility, dimensions, relief, stitches, backing and location separately from the rubber patch. Confirm included artwork, any selected pattern and fitted button, or plain supply.
- Inspect laser-hole positions, sizes and edge finish on the complete cap.
- Select the actual canvas, velour, corduroy or velvet construction.
- Confirm polyester percentages and actual fabric placement by component.
- Approve front seams and support with the patch and rope attached.
- Identify the actual snapback adjustment mechanism before measuring adult fit.
Measure fit and the flat bill together
Record inner circumference, usable adjustment span, retention and crown depth through an adult fit trial. Measure flat bill width and projection and approve firmness at the intended setting; no numeric size range is established.
Approve fabric layers and finished-cap care
Request weave or pile, thickness, finish, lining, band and front backing for the selected construction. Agree cleaning, drying and fabric/patch/thread color instructions suited to those components and attachments.
Review the final supplied decoration against the approved sample before selection. Store the cap with its flat bill, crown and attached front artwork supported.
