Develop a custom rubber patch on this adult unisex polyester twill laser-cut cap. Twelve actual colours are paired with One Size selection. Approve the panel construction, rear mechanism, finished fit and decorated sample together before accepting the golf-cap project.
Place the rubber artwork around the perforated construction
Inspect the 100% polyester twill and laser-cut openings against the proposed patch dimensions. Choose the intended six-, seven- or five-panel build, then establish crown support, brim shape and seam positions. Agree patch composition, thickness, edge finish, attachment and backing with clearance from the openings.
- Compare Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow and Blue samples.
- Review Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray references.
- Keep the selected shade with the approved panel and patch specification.
- Record the actual rear mechanism and measured One Size fit.
- Confirm supplied decoration, complete care and required performance evidence.
Resolve the fitted or snapback build on the worn sample
Establish whether the supplied rear construction is fitted or snapback rather than assuming adjustment. Measure the finished cap for any required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm wearer band. Check crown depth and the actual worn setting with the intended adult user.
Check alternative finishes without changing the approved patch brief
A selected transfer, screen or machine/3D embroidered alternative needs its own substrate and supplied-scope approval. Inspect any washed or distressed effect, button, lace or eyelet details and actual fused components on the complete sample. Obtain decorated care and applicable evidence for specified waterproof, quick-dry or golf-performance requirements before accepting those results.
