Place a side-logo project on an adult unisex nylon eight-panel running/camper-style cap. Choose Gray or develop Custom colors, then select the required size and approve the actual adjustment, crown, bill and compatible printed or flat-embroidered artwork.

Choose the size before positioning the side design

Gray and Custom colors are offered at 52–62cm (20.47–24.41in), 56–62cm (22.05–24.41in) or Custom Size. Agree the selected measurement and check the supplied cap against the 56–58cm reference through an adult fit trial.

• Measure actual inner circumference for the intended wearing setting.
• Identify the adjustment mechanism supplied on the cap.
• Check its usable span and retention.
• Measure crown depth and inspect the eight-panel layout.
• Confirm bill curvature, length, width and support.
• Approve the Gray shade or agreed custom-color fabric sample.

Map the nylon surface and panel seams

Request nylon content, weave and finish by component. Identify any lining, band, mesh or backing actually included, and inspect the seam arrangement where the side artwork will sit.

Agree the side print or flat embroidery

Define the precise side panel, method, dimensions, colors, backing and inclusion. Approve flat/machine or affixed-cloth embroidery, screen print, sublimation, embossing, raised rubber or flock work only after compatibility with the selected nylon surface is confirmed.

Set running, fishing and winter requirements

Establish the actual sun, water, drying or thermal requirement for the intended project. Request design-specific test methods, conditions and results, plus applicable needle-detection documentation where needed.

Agree cleaning, drying and artwork care for the finished nylon construction. Confirm adjustment handling and storage that preserve the approved bill and crown; winter styling alone does not establish insulation.
