This six-panel cotton denim baseball cap offers a custom 3D letter-embroidery design with adult unisex Custom Size. Approve the actual denim finish, selected artwork and measured metal-buckle fit before choosing the completed cap.
Choose the denim shade with raised letters
Black and White can be reviewed against the proposed letter palette. Brown, Blue, Grey and Khaki are additional choices to approve on the selected denim fabric with the actual thread colours.
Confirm cotton allocation and denim construction
Specify cotton allocation, denim construction and finish before approving front support. Check crown depth, brim dimensions, internal band and the actual fused or joined sections on the completed six-panel shape.
Set a real letter finish on the front
Approve a plain or selected letter-embroidery finish, trialling 3D embroidery or digital printing separately on the actual substrate. Set the font, artwork dimensions, colours, front placement and backing before finalizing the design.
Measure the custom metal-buckle range
Define the required dimensions and trial the proposed 56–58 cm circumference on the intended adult wearer. Specify buckle metal composition, plating and surface finish and inspect its operation with the finished internal band.
