This foam mesh trucker cap provides a starting point for custom sublimation-print promotional artwork. Approve its selected construction, substrate and adult fitted One Size dimensions before settling the complete design.

Separate the foam build from its covering

Specify the foam polymer, thickness and support together with the outer covering and mesh fibres. Choose five, six or multiple panels and identify any actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or dobby sections.

Trial the sublimation artwork on the intended substrate

Confirm the design dimensions, colour result and feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim position on the actual cap. Any chosen digital, embossed, silk-screen, heat-transfer, machine or 3D embroidered decoration needs separate substrate approval.

• Compare Black or White with the promotional print palette.
• Assess Navy Blue, Sky Blue, Purple or Pink against the artwork.
• Approve Watermelon Red, Orange, Yellow or Green on the selected finish.
• Check any washed or distressed treatment with the finished design.
• Specify button, lace and eyelet materials and fixing where used.

Check the adult fitted sample after decoration

Measure crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band, inspecting the actual fused or joined sections. Trial fitted One Size against the required adult 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference.

Obtain care for the whole foam mesh cap

Request instructions covering the foam, covering fabrics, mesh and selected decoration together. For any required airflow, activity or sun-protection performance, obtain test conditions and evidence for the actual construction before using those properties to guide promotional selection. Retain the approved colour and artwork sample as the reference for the complete cap.
