Use a color-allocation drawing and fitted sample to develop this adult unisex two-tone polyester/cotton five-panel baseball cap. Its custom 3D logo should be approved with the actual fabric, crown shape and One Size measurement rather than treating the second color or fit as predetermined.
- Compare Black, Dark Grey, White or Navy Blue with the intended second shade.
- Review Yellow, Light Green, Brown, Camel, Pink or Sky Blue as alternative samples.
- Assign both colors to specific panels, bill and selected contrast areas.
- Set raised-logo dimensions against the five-panel seams and color boundaries.
- Agree which washed/distressed effects and decorative trims are included.
Fit the approved crown first
Determine whether 56–58cm or 58–60cm applies to One Size, with an agreed circumference method and tolerance. Inspect actual rear construction and any intended stretch/recovery, testing pressure and retention, then measure crown depth and bill geometry before choosing final logo scale.
Choose the two-color fabric build
Confirm polyester/cotton ratios by component and the selected twill, canvas, suede, denim, velvet or mesh surface. Inspect thickness, finish, front support, lining, band, sewn joins and fused areas so each part of the contrast design has a defined construction.
Proof raised stitches across the design
Specify thread colors, embroidery height, stitch coverage and backing with front, side, rear or bill placement.
