- Approve Gray with the intended rope, patch and thread shades.
- Confirm cotton content and whether a sponge layer is actually used.
- Identify canvas/mesh positions and the actual mesh fibre and opening size.
- Specify rope material, thickness, position and attachment.
- Agree included decoration, any fitted button or plain supply.
Map the actual fabric and any sponge layer
Request composition and position by component, including any sponge thickness and facing. Confirm weave, finish, lining, band, front backing and support so the approved sample represents the actual five-panel cap.
Build the woven patch around front support
Set patch textile, dimensions, colors, weave detail, edges, backing and attachment. Approve front-panel placement against the actual seams with the rope and patch attached, including whether the agreed artwork is supplied.
