Develop the woven patch for the actual front
Define patch textile, dimensions, colors, weave detail, edges and backing, then set its front-panel position and attachment. Inspect the patch against the six-panel seams and front support to judge the complete crown rather than the artwork alone.
If machine or 3D embroidery is desired, approve its compatibility, relief, stitches, backing and position separately. Agree included decoration or plain supply, with any chosen pattern and fitted button confirmed on the finished sample.
Distinguish mesh from the laser-hole layout
Identify actual canvas and mesh positions and specify polyester composition by component, weave or opening size, thickness and finish. Approve laser-hole locations, dimensions and edge finish separately, including any lining, band and backing.

For required waterproofing, obtain methods, conditions and results covering actual holes, mesh, seams, finish and patch or embroidery attachments. Agree cleaning, drying and color care suited to the selected fabrics and patch, plus storage supporting the flat bill and crown.
