Coordinate a dobby-style dot pattern with a custom raised 3D logo on this adult unisex polyester/cotton baseball cap. Choose the fitted One Size sample and approve the actual pattern formation, panel layout and fabric construction before selecting finishes for running or sports use.
- Define dot diameter, spacing, repeat, color and position on the cap.
- Establish whether the dots are woven, printed or otherwise formed.
- Compare Black, White, Navy Blue or Champagne with the dot and thread palette.

Inspect dobby effect and component fabrics
Confirm the actual dobby weave or design effect and polyester/cotton proportions by component. Choose the selected twill, canvas, suede, denim, velvet or mesh structure, inspecting thickness, finish, support, lining and band on the patterned sample.
Fit the selected adult version
Determine whether 56–58cm or 58–60cm applies to One Size with an agreed measurement method and tolerance. Examine rear construction and any intended stretch/recovery, crown depth and bill geometry while checking pressure and retention during movement.
Place raised stitches within the pattern
Specify 3D or machine embroidery height, dimensions, thread colors, backing and coverage. Mark front, side, rear or bill placement with dot-pattern and seam clearance, then proof selected screen, transfer, digital or embossed work separately on its actual substrate.
Approve finish before the running trial
Define any washed/distressed effect and inspect its interaction with dots and raised stitches, including trim materials and attachment. Trial running or casual outdoor comfort in the intended season and obtain required performance evidence and care for the patterned blend, artwork and fitted construction.
