Fit this adult unisex polyester/cotton five-panel baseball cap before finalizing the two-tone artwork and custom 3D embroidery. The One Size version needs a measured adult sample, actual color allocation and selected fabric specification so the logo proof reflects the cap that will be worn.
Test the fitted running silhouette
Establish whether the 56–58cm or 58–60cm reference applies, agreeing circumference method and tolerance. Inspect fitted rear construction and any intended stretch/recovery, observing pressure and retention during the proposed running movement, then measure crown depth and bill shape.
- Choose Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue or Pink against the desired logo palette.
- Identify the second shade and its crown, bill or other contrast positions.
- Approve the actual polyester/cotton ratio for each chosen component.
- Select twill, canvas, suede, denim, velvet or mesh construction as agreed.
- Inspect front support, lining, band and fused or sewn areas.
- Record which colors, trims and artwork treatments are included together.
Place raised artwork on the fitted form
Specify 3D thread colors, height, stitch coverage, dimensions and backing on the approved surface. Position front, side, rear or bill artwork so the graphic remains readable across panel seams and the chosen color boundaries.
Approve finishing as a separate choice
Proof any machine embroidery, screen, heat-transfer, sublimation-transfer, digital or embossed treatment on the selected substrate. For washed/distressed styling, define location and intensity, then inspect effects on both colors and raised stitches along with button, lace or eyelet materials and attachment.
Assess the completed outdoor cap
Trial running, sports or casual outdoor comfort in the intended season. Obtain required airflow, drying, weather or protective evidence and cleaning guidance specific to the selected blend, surface, artwork, finishes and fitted construction.
