Plan a custom logo on this five-panel laser-perforated baseball cap made from 100% polyester twill. Confirm the actual rear construction and adult One Size dimensions with the finished hole pattern before accepting the complete sample.
Approve the five-panel laser layout with the logo
Inspect the hole pattern, placement and finished edges on the selected twill surface. Trial machine or 3D embroidery, silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork at a feasible front, side, rear curved area or visor location.
Black, White, Dark Grey and Gray should be reviewed against the planned logo. Compare Blue, Navy Blue, Yellow, Maroon, Green, Pink, Khaki or Camel on the actual chosen finish rather than approving the palette without its fabric.
Confirm the rear construction before the adult trial
Establish the actual rear fastening or fitted build on the sample. Measure One Size against the required 56–58 cm (22.05–22.83 in) adult circumference and check crown depth, brim dimensions and the band. Approve the measured fit after decoration.
- Inspect actual fused or joined sections on the completed cap.
- Approve washed or distressed treatment separately where selected.
- Set the selected logo dimensions on the actual substrate.
- Specify any button, lace or eyelet composition and fixing.
- Request care for the polyester, laser edges, finish and decoration.
Match the intended activity to measured evidence
Require actual water-resistance, airflow and relevant activity or sun-protection evidence for the selected construction. Use those results to assess the intended sports, golf or outdoor brief, keeping the approved rear configuration, hole pattern and artwork together as the reference sample.
