This five-panel dad-style earflap cap combines polar-fleece styling with front 3D embroidery. Navy Blue and Brown are available in Custom Size or nominal 58cm(22.83in), with the actual adult unisex fit and ear coverage requiring a sample trial.
Specify the fleece and earflap component build
Confirm the shell, polar-fleece and lamb-style earflap composition and fibre allocation. Identify any lining or padding before selecting the winter construction and agreeing care for the combined materials.
Measure coverage with the flaps in position
Set earflap length, shape, attachment and any fastening alongside crown depth and brim dimensions. Check the internal band and actual fused or joined sections with the flaps arranged for the intended use.
- Approve Navy Blue or Brown against the embroidery thread palette.
- Specify required custom dimensions or trial the nominal 58 cm size.
- Check the proposed 56–58 cm circumference on the intended adult wearer.
- Confirm the actual rear fastening or adjustment mechanism.
- Review ear coverage and comfort during the intended movement.
- Inspect earflap attachment and the complete interior finish.
Place raised front artwork on the selected fabric
Approve 3D embroidery dimensions, thread colours and backing on the actual front panel. Check the finished interior beneath the artwork and how the completed crown sits when the earflaps are in use.
Trial winter conditions before assigning performance
For skiing, outdoor sports or casual winter wear, assess comfort and coverage in the intended setting. Obtain required thermal or weather evidence before choosing a performance rating for the cap.
Request care for the shell, fleece, earflaps and embroidery together. Review the proposed cleaning method and resulting shape on the completed sample.
