Develop the logo and cap construction together on this laser-cut perforated baseball-cap design. The stated fabric is 100% polyester twill, with adult unisex wear. Twelve actual colors are selectable in One Size.
Establish the shape around the laser-cut areas
Confirm the actual panel layout before deciding where the artwork should sit. Five-, six- and seven-panel possibilities require selection on the supplied sample. Inspect seams and perforations together with the proposed logo outline, then agree its dimensions and included treatment.
Check the rear against the requested size
Inspect the supplied rear fastening for the snapback brief and measure any usable adjustment. Specify the required 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm band in the chosen color. These fit references do not establish one adjustment span or numerical selectable variants.
Approve a shade with the artwork in place

Agree the outdoor performance checks
For golf, running or another outdoor activity, assess the finished sample in the intended conditions. Request applicable waterproof, ventilation or decoration-durability evidence where needed, and production documentation if seamless fusing is required.
