Choose a laser-cut perforated golf baseball cap made from 100% polyester twill with logo selection. Confirm the actual panel build and adult fitted One Size dimensions alongside the hole pattern before approving the complete cap.
Inspect the laser pattern on polyester twill
Approve hole placement and finished edges on the selected fabric. Choose five, six or seven panels and check the resulting crown support before fixing the artwork location.
- Measure crown depth and brim dimensions on the chosen build.
- Inspect the band and actual fused or joined sections.
- Approve any washed or distressed treatment before the fit trial.
- Specify button, lace and eyelet materials and fixing where selected.
- Request complete polyester, perforation and decoration care.
Review blues against the proposed golf logo
Navy Blue, Blue and Sky Blue should be checked with the actual artwork. Compare Black, Dark Grey, White, Yellow, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel or Gray on the chosen finish.
Trial the actual adult fitted circumference
Set the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm target and measure One Size directly. Assess the completed crown, band and brim during the intended adult wear trial.
Choose artwork for the selected perforated surface
Trial machine or 3D embroidery, silk-screen or heat-transfer decoration on the actual substrate. Approve its dimensions and feasible front, side, rear curved area or visor placement before accepting the finished sample.
Obtain performance evidence for the golf brief
Require measured drying, water-resistance and airflow conditions for the actual construction. Use those results when assessing the intended golf, sports or outdoor activity rather than relying on the holes alone.
