A logo or pattern needs to be assessed on the intended cap construction before the promotional design is finalized. This OEM sports-cap direction combines five-panel foam and mesh styling with custom sublimation printing. Adult unisex wear and a fitted rear are stated, with ten One Size colors for the project.

Review the pattern on the intended print surface

Confirm which components will receive the design and the actual composition of those surfaces. Agree the sublimation process for the selected sample before approving artwork dimensions and coverage. Check the finished printed result rather than relying on the artwork file alone.

Compare the print with its chosen base color

Select Black, Purple, White, pink, Watermelon Red, orange, Sky Blue, Yellow, Green or Navy Blue in One Size. Compare the proposed motif with the physical shade, particularly where the artwork contains light areas or several colors. Keep the approved cap and printed reference together for that combination.

Define the promotional design approval
